We do this by empowering women to make a significant impact through technology. By 2030, we hope to impact 200,000 women and influence 50 organizations to institute policies at enterprise level that foster equitable practices for women in tech recruitment, pay, leadership and innovation. She Plus Tech’s mission is to serve as a global nexus for empowering women through technology. We aim to provide an ecosystem where women can develop high-demand skills, gain access to resources, and connect with mentorship opportunities, enabling them to excel professionally and innovate in various tech fields

Providing access to resources for female-led enterprises including digital transformation, funding strategies, go-to-market, expansion, business skills, & more

SkillUp

Instructor-led courses for women who want to upskill or re-skill for a career in the tech ecosystem. We provide training in-person and online

Tech Girl Colony

Program targeting girls in elementary and secondary schools to get them interested in STEM programs and for careers in tech-related fields after study
