Global Tech Leadership Camp

She Plus Tech’s, TGC: Global Tech Leadership Camp is an exciting, hands-on virtual camp designed to inspire, empower, and equip girls aged 13–17 with leadership skills and foundational tech knowledge. Held over 6-8 dynamic weeks during the summer holidays and with a global audience, this program blends technical learning with creativity, teamwork, and self-confidence. In the 2026 cohort, participants will:

1. Have 2 pathways to choose from – HTML/CSS  or SQL
2. Work on collaborative digital projects with their peers globally, and present their creations in a final showcase. 
3. Have interactive sessions once every week
4. Hear inspiring talks from women, leadership workshops, and a mini hackathon: making it the perfect introduction to technology and digital leadership.

At the end of the program, participants should have achieved:

1. 1 lucky participant in each pathway will walk away with a laptop
2. Confidence in leadership and the ability to articulate problems and solutions
3. Basic tech skills to build their portfolio
4. Hackathon experience
5. Certificate/Badge of participation

She Plus Tech is excited to partner with ITExperience INC. to offer members a 100% scholarship for cybersecurity learning on the IBM SkillsBuild platform.
This fully funded opportunity gives women access to self paced, beginner to advanced cybersecurity training for a limited 3 month period. Participants can learn on their own schedule while building practical, job ready skills aligned with today’s most in demand security roles.

Program Highlights:

– Self paced learning available for three months
– Beginner to advanced learning paths suitable for all experience levels
– Microcredentials in GRC and Data Privacy, Incident Response and Systems Forensics, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, System and Network Security, and more
