Shepreneur+ empowers women with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to launch and scale tech-focused businesses. This program focuses on teaching entrepreneurial strategies, leveraging technology for business growth, and accessing funding opportunities. Participants benefit from interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and connections to investors and industry leaders. Tech Girl Colony
Tech Girl Colony inspires young women in elementary and secondary school levels to explore and embrace STEM careers through engaging and interactive activities. The program introduces participants to coding, robotics, and emerging technologies in a fun, collaborative environment. Through mentorship by female tech professionals, the initiative provides role models and guidance to spark a lasting interest in technology. Tech Girl Colony also includes workshops, tech summer camps, competitions, hackathons, leadership and career talks, all to empower participants to dream big and take their first steps into the tech world. By nurturing their curiosity and creativity, the program lays a solid foundation for future innovators and leaders in STEM.

Advocacy for equity in Tech
Advocating for, and amplifying fair tech practices and policies by engaging in policy dialogues with industry leaders, government bodies, and educational institutions. Our goal is to champion the adoption of equitable practices in tech recruitment, compensation, and leadership, fostering an inclusive and fair technology ecosystem.
