Driven by a passion for empowering women, Onem founded She Plus Tech to create opportunities for women and girls to thrive in technology. She combines her skills with a personal mission to close the gender gap in tech and help women unlock their potential while also creating a pipeline of support within their communities.

Corporate Secretary/Legal Advisor
Ijeoma Ofodile is a skilled lawyer with extensive experience in oil and gas law, electricity regulation, and land matters. With a solid foundation in regulatory compliance and legal strategy, she has advised both private sector clients and government agencies on complex legal issues within the energy and natural resources industries.
Currently serving on the Alberta Land and Property Rights Tribunal, Ijeoma adjudicates a variety of land disputes, applying her expertise in property law and land rights to render fair and reasoned decisions. Her work emphasizes the careful interpretation of legislation and the resolution of intricate legal issues involving land use and ownership. During this time, she has advocated for equity in women’s representation, a useful segue in applying her expertise to She Plus Tech.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Law and Society from York University in Toronto, where she developed a strong understanding of legal frameworks and social dynamics. She further advanced her legal expertise with a Postgraduate Degree in Law from the University of Law in London, UK, equipping her with both a global perspective and in-depth legal training.
With a career rooted in both regulatory and adjudicative roles, Ijeoma continues to leverage her legal background to provide strategic counsel, support effective policy decisions, and uphold justice in multi-dimensional fields of energy law, land rights and in Tech.

Nadia is a Lebanese-Canadian entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the banking industry in companies such as CIBC, Canada – where she helped clients navigate financial planning and investments. With a deep understanding of financial systems and a keen eye for technological innovation, Nadia recognizes the transformative power of technology in driving business success. Over the years, she has witnessed firsthand how technology has reshaped industries, and it is clear that its strategic implementation is essential for staying ahead in today’s fast-paced market.
Having navigated the challenges of working in a traditionally male-dominated sector, Nadia is a passionate advocate for shifting the status quo and creating more opportunities for women in tech. As a champion of diversity and inclusion, she is committed to promoting a cultural and professional shift that empowers women to lead, innovate, and thrive in the tech space.

Dr. Amara Emenike – MD,MPH, is a board-certified internal medicine and sleep physician committed to advancing healthcare equity, wellness, and innovative solutions. With a focus on underserved communities, she leads initiatives to improve healthcare access through community education, development, and policy reform. Dr. Emenike earned her medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, pursued advanced Public Health training at Johns Hopkins University, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Columbia University, and a Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to holistic, patient-centered care, emphasizing accountability and collaboration to optimize health outcomes. Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Emenike has led efforts to improve operational efficiency and influence policy reforms within health systems, driving impactful changes in service delivery, especially within her role as Medical Director. A strong advocate for the role of technology in healthcare, she serves as an advisory board member for She Plus Tech, where she promotes gender equity and supports the integration of innovative, data-driven solutions to address healthcare challenges.
Dr. Emenike’s expertise uniquely blends clinical experience, policy acumen, and a passion for technological innovation, ensuring that underserved communities benefit from improved health outcomes and access to cutting-edge care. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated mother, wife, and sister, a certified Jazzercise instructor, and enjoys exploring diverse cultures and coastal towns across the U.S. Her favorite downtime is spent with a good movie marathon on Sundays.

Dennis Agbegha is a passionate leader with a diverse background in business development, entrepreneurship, and the energy sector. His current role as Regional Manager, Partnerships for the Prairies at BDC, Canada allows him support businesses in reaching their full potential. He previously held roles as Senior Manager, Entrepreneurship at ATB, Canada; a Geoscientist with ExxonMobil and Production Geologist at Shell Upstream International in Nigeria.
Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Mining from the University of Jos, Nigeria, and a Master’s in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London, UK. A strong advocate for community building, he creates meaningful connections and empowers others to succeed by bringing people and ideas together. Dennis embodies a vibrant and magnetic energy that draws people in. His colorful glasses are more than just an accessory; they symbolize his approach to life and business—bold and unapologetic. As a business leader, he prioritizes empathy and connection, believing that success is built on relationships. Celestine Jaja is a seasoned IT governance and cybersecurity risk management specialist with several years of experience spanning telecoms, project management and cybersecurity consulting. During his tenure at MTN, Nigeria, he led major IT modernization projects, including upgrades to switching centers, transmission networks, and base transceiver stations. As Senior Manager, Network Region Coordination, he played a key role in cementing MTN’s market leadership in southeastern Nigeria, driving an unprecedented revenue growth in the region from 3 Billion to 9 Billion Naira by Q2 2013, through strategic site rollouts, vendor management, and pioneering a customer experience framework that enhanced collaboration between engineers and sales teams.
Celestine, as a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) professional, advises businesses on strengthening their cybersecurity posture, ensuring governance, risk and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about technical education, IT governance, and business resilience, helping organizations navigate digital transformation securely. Celestine serves on the Board of She Plus Tech, and actively champions initiatives that promote women in technology, cybersecurity education, and digital inclusion, leveraging his expertise to support mentorship, capacity building, and industry partnerships. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK, a B.Eng. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and multiple professional certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and CRISC.
